So last weekend was spent in the sun in good ol’ Ephrata. Yep, I caught a ride to Ephrata with Heather. She pulled her parent’s boat over (my parent’s boat needs some love).
So you can guess what we did… We took the boat out all day Saturday! :) Yep 5-6 hours in the wonderful sun on the water. Can it get any better than that? So my tan is a bit improved now… Gotta love EASTERN WASHINGTON!
Stephen and Heather were in Ephrata along with my Mom and I. ML & Daddy were at Corban for the weekend for basketball. Tobin wasn’t their either as he was running Illuminate’s car wash on Saturday. I guess it was cloudy in Seattle that weekend, but Tobin got burned anyways, along with all the kids that were doing the car wash.
I should mention that Stephen and Heather are MOVING to Ephrata. I’m jealous! Stephen’s been living with my parents for a few months as he’s working in Wenatchee, but they finally just put their house up on the market here in Edgewood (about 3 weeks ago), and now have put an offer in on a house just up the road from my parents. But the biggest news of all is that Heather got a job! Yep she’s a brand new 4th grade teacher at Columbia Ridge Elementary School. Yippee!!! I got to see her classroom on Sunday, even helped to start decorating it. How exciting!
The other exciting thing is that ML and her BF will be over here this weekend to visit. They’re coming over on Friday, and will go back on Sunday. Can’t wait to see my little sis! It’s been ages (OK a month and a half, but still…). So we’re going to have a lot of fun this weekend. I’ll post pics and stuff early next week so check back if you’re interested.
